Responsibilities:
· Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans (branding, promotion, campaign) of the company.
· Manage online sales channels
· Coordinate with sales department and E-com department to optimize marketing strategies and appropriate marketing content (messages, content conveyed, potential customers, ...)
· Oversee marketing department from 15-20 employees (with team structure including positions: content, digital, platform performance, media, design).
· Plan and develop strategies for the company & products
· Develop and implement marketing strategies on social networking platforms such as youtube, facebook, tiktok, zalo..., manage company websites and support activities of e-commerce sites to develop sales of the company.
· Develop and direct the implementation of marketing research and development programs and training personnel of the marketing department.
· Continuously update the latest information and knowledge about Marketing to be able to come up with appropriate strategies.
· Develop the company & product brands
· Other related tasks assigned by the Head of Country
· Manage marketing budget
· Responsible for recruiting, evaluating and training new employees of the Marketing Department.
· Having in-depth knowledge of Digital and Trade Marketing
· Responsible for organizing and managing all marketing activities of the company effectively.
Experience and Requirements:
· Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
· Good management, planning and organization skills.
· At least 2 years of experience as Marketing Team Leader or similar position. Having experience in Marketing in the electronic technology industry and having a relationship with the media and press is an advantage.
· Expertise in marketing and brand communication activities
· University graduate majoring in Economics, Management, Marketing or similar field
· Build relationships with partners in Marketing and service providers.
· Able to withstand work pressure and progress, project deadlines, self-improvement, adaptability, sensitivity.
· Having in-depth knowledge of of digital marketing communication tools and experience using digital tools
· Skills in controlling, reporting, problem solving, conflict resolution.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
