Responsibilities:
1. Roles
· This is a Senior Position. Report to Country Manager
· Support Country Manager to strengthen and further develop company’s new business strategies.
· To constantly identify opportunities that are consistent with the mission of the company, and present them in the form of an evolving commercial development plan
2. Responsibilities
· To adopt and execute annual company annual business goals, as directed by Country Manager.
· Run business Division
· Build organization, leveraging social media and digital technologies; Ecommerce
· Grow talent pool for business growth.
Experience and Requirements:
· 5 year experience in senior management
· Has led a team of not less than 10 staff
· Good grasp of financial statements
· Experienced in consumer electronics brand distribution and marketing
· Has guided teams in digital market and eCommerce
Good to have:
· Have been in involved in Company Business Transformations
