Responsibilities
- Manage project timeline, report to clients regularly and manage project performance. Involve in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 projects.
- Communicate directly with customers or partners, using email, online meetings, and team chat to get project information, request documents, explain solutions designed by Team, confirm the information and daily meetings.
- Walkthrough solution or proof of concept to prove that solution can be customized as expected. Review documents prepared by the team.
- Manage project progress, follow up project schedule with team members, and periodical reporting to customers.
Experience and Requirements
- Experienced development with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, or any ERP solution is a PLUS,
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with experience in software subsystem integration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Prefer candidates with work experience or study in Japan.
- Proficient and experienced in software management systems (ERP, CRM...)
- Japanese N2 level or higher.
- Have leadership ability, sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, withstand high pressure
- Can go short-term or long-term in Japan.
