Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and work directly with the business owner and be involved in a variety of tasks, inclusive of: policy making and collaboration activities across various departments in the organisation
- Responsible for improving company compliance to policies, designing goals and strategies in meeting key objectives with the various stakeholders
- Develop organisational goals and objectives
- Analyse data to inform operational decisions and activities
- Have an overview and understanding of various job functions within an organisation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably business
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- High proficiency in research skills and possess a creative mindset
- Have some understanding of policies and compliance
- Attention to detail and proactive
- Willing to learn
- Singaporean only
