Job description for Front Desk and Community Manager at Livit International
- Leading the frontdesk team and administrative duties.
- Helping Livit nurture and grow the community by networking, creating connections between members and participating in community events.
- Organizing/Hosting Livit Hub Bali community events, and social activities.
- Monitoring and reporting customer feedback and online reviews.
- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Accepting and routing deliveries and/or daily mail.
- Giving Hub tours and explaining our coworking prices and packages to new visitors and potential clients.
- Issuing invoices and overseeing the payment processes for coworking services (in cash, and via midtrans, paypal, EDC).
- Managing bookings and generating reports.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Proven work experience as a frontdesk or frontdesk manager.
- Completed higher education in Hospitality or Business Administration is a great asset (but not compulsory).
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Passion for and genuine interest in events and community building.
- A very friendly, positive and welcoming nature.
- Impeccable work ethics and quality standards.
- A highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Good computer skills and openeses to learn and use new online tools.
- Open to working in shifts.
