工作內容
Job Description
1. Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.
2. Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
3. Collaboration with the hiring manager for follows up candidates.
Qualification:
1. College Student/Fresh Graduate/ Experience are welcome
2. Passionate in sourcing potential candidates
3. Strong communication and negotiation skill
4. Have experience about recruitment
