MEVIS is Indonesian recruitment and consultancy firm specializing in employee background screening services. We offer an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our fast-growing team of background screening interviewers. You will be part to help our clients mitigate the risk of undesirable hires.
The freelance interviewer will conduct:
- A reference check to the applicant's previous employer, supervisor, colleague and other sources to learn more about the applicant's employment history, performance and qualifications for a job.
- Drafting comprehensive reports
Requirement:
- High Integrity
- Minimum having a bachelor's degree
- Experience as a recruiter or outbound customer service
- Having a competency-based interviewing skill is a big plus
- Having good communication skills and good team work
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Tech-savvy, comfortable efficiently navigating around a desktop computer and multiple systems simultaneously
- Willing to work from the office located in Cinere
