- Checking the quality of food regularly during preparation and production, in terms of portions, menu items, hygiene, taste, packaging safety, and making quality reports to both companies and merchants in
- Checking kitchen hygiene and making sure the delivery is on time
- Reporting to the internal team on each test performed for measuring quality, quantity, and composition.
- Plan and manage new merchant verification process (help check into the kitchen if the kitchen is up to our standards for new merchants)
- Coordinating with CX and Operational Team about customer complain and/or merchant issue
- Travel to one of our kitchen starting from 5 AM to 10 AM
- Oversee dispatch of food packaging and time-stamping
Requirements:
- Min. High School Graduate
- Food quality control, nutrition or culinary background
- Flexible and proactive in taking measures to ensure the food is in high quality at the kitchen
- Experience in handling food quality
- Have a good attitude and good communication skills to communicate well with merchants
- Have a smartphone or tablet
- Have a motorcycle or personal transport and driving license
