PT Planells Capital Investments Financial Controller and Reporting 工作職責
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Additional controller duties as necessary
Requirements and skills:
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Financial Software
- Knowledge and strong understanding of reporting and maintaining P&L
- Excellent knowledge of google drive and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Demonstrate maturity and professionalism
- Positive attitude
