工作內容
Finance at PT Proper is responsible for organizing and reporting on procurement plans to maximize the use of organizational resources and comply with established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and target waste. manage the company's internal finances, and make the company's financial reports every month.
Job Descriptions :
- Assist in monitoring of program budget, program financial forecast, donor financial report, and support as needed for data management and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures and guidelines concerning financial administration of program.
- Support the Landscape Program Team and partners on any other relevant financial management issues.
- Support the Landscape Program Team on internal program system
- Regular communication and coordination with Program team and partners for monitoring project progress.
- Manage records and receipts.
- Reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
- Process invoices.
- Support the Finance Team on the monthly closure of the administration process.
- Support the Finance Team as needed in design, implementation, evaluation and improvement of processes and procedures for the financial management of the program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Requirements :
Woman.
Max 28 years old
Minimum Senior High School or Diploma in University.
Fresh graduate or 1 year work experience is advantage.
Strong logical thinking.
Able to work as well as individual.
Good focus during hectic period.
Good Communication.
Good Initiative.
Good Attitude.
