- Supports AM regarding meeting needs with customers or prospective customers.
- Responsible for project preparation, report and administration, such as purchase orders to vendors, agreement, and budget expenditures.
- Facilitating trainings, events, or visits from customers.
- Arranges business trips for directors and employees.
- Responsible for correspondence activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- At least 1 years of experienced in the fields of sales operations, reporting, analysis, finance
- Having knowledge of accounting and tax
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Prior experienced with handle projects administration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, service oriented, and result driven
