Job Brief :
The Field Recruiter plays a key role in finding, screening, and selecting a high-quality driver to work for RaRa Delivery. The Field Recruiter will support the Driver Management team in addition to building networks to attract candidates and build on the ground community presence.
Job Description
- Work with Manager for Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using ads, social media, etc
- Conducting on the spot training for higher non fulfill area
- Finding leads for the new opening area
- Visit and gather feedback from area coordinator and solving issue related the supply and operation
- Analyze the operational data related to driver active rate, retention, and suspension
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Reporting :
- Leads driver on weekly basis
- On the spot training on weekly basis
- Active driver, New Driver and Suspension Driver
- Ads Performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Min 1 years experience in logistics industry
- GPA min 3.00
- Able to pitch and close driver onboard on the field
- Good speaking technique
- Willing to travel
