Job description for Field Collection Staff at Dompet Kilat
Main Responsibilities
● Sorting out payment plans
● Recording payments that are made by borrower
● Visit the borrower for payment plans
● Chase overdue borrowers through several strategies
● Remind borrowers who are overdue and close to the overdue date

What You'll Need
● Bachelor's degree in any field or college experience preferred
● At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
● Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
● Having experience in Tech/Fintech Company would be a plus value
● Fluency in English would be an advantage
● Maximum age for this position : 34 years old
