Job description for Field Capability Building Lead – North at Unilever Vietnam
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• 100% Implementation and adaptation of Learning effectiveness 70/20/10.
• Assist GM and MCO Capability Manager in Introducing and driving adoption of new learning methods in line with global strategy.
• Assist GM and MCO Capability Manager in identifying, managing, and working with external partners to deliver training where appropriate.
• Assist and manage scheduling of training activities, DPR reporting & measuring effectiveness of programs and tracking progress.
• Measuring effectiveness of programs and tracking progress thru field coaching and field execution audit.
• Close co-ordination with respective Sales Leader in terms of training needs.
• Communicating the learning program and driving participation.
• Help GM and MCO Capability Manager in implementation and delivery of CD & DSR trainings.
• Assist in localizing training materials when necessary.
• Assists in coordinating with supplier and ensure all CD & DSR tools are complete.
• Assists in monitoring and releasing of all the culinary tools, UFS Uniforms, training tools, training hand-out, post training materials, product samples etc.
• Implementation and delivery of CD trainings, TTT (DT Partners and Sales Rep), and other 3P (CEC, Merchandisers ect.)
• Field Coaching for CD team and Field Audit for 3P Partners, to effectively craft relevant development plan and training modules.
• Co-Managing capability budget of the country
• Identifying best practice in the country and sharing with MCO Capability Manager
• Ensure Chefmanship, Finance Acumen, Account/Distributor Management, Selling Skills and Leadership is embedded in the total program
