工作內容
Duties and Responsibilities
- Availability to work around peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Adhere to food, health, and safety standards
- Able to lead a team in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
- Process customer complaints with patience
- Able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals
- Creating SOP, operational work flow & guidance, job delegation
- Make reports to Head
Requirements and Qualifications
- Max. 30 years old
- 2 years of minimum experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills; remains calm, in control even under pressure
- Empathy and an approachable demeanor; positive, constructive attitude
- Attentiveness and honesty
