Have a background experience as an Engineering Manager, preferably in the field of F&B
Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering is preferred
Able to speak English fluently

2. Preparation of maintenance schedules, budgets, management reports, and presentation techniques.
1. Prepare departmental short-term targets by taking into account internal and external factors as well as divisional initiatives to ensure the targets set are aligned with those set by the company
2. Make annual planning priorities that include work initiative programs and financial budgets to achieve the targets that have been prepared.
3. Develop and propose appropriate and effective KPIs to superiors to support the wishes of target departments.
4. Directing, managing, and monitoring maintenance and repair schedules so that they are carried out according to time standards, process standards, needs, and budgets that have been set.
5. Manage Pre Testcom, Testcom, and New Store/Renov handover activities so that all activities go according to plan.
6. Led shop unloading activities so that operational activities run.
7. Directing, monitoring, and implementing work standards and team discipline in accordance with applicable company regulations so that operational activities run smoothly
8. Make reports per budget responsibility for evaluation.
9. Make quarterly reports to superiors to provide an overview of work progress.
10. Establish synergy and good relations with cross departments to support departmental activities
11. Provide direction and ensure the program development team is running to improve the competencies they have
