工作內容
Responsibilities:
Employee Experience
- Support the team in managing the evaluation of key moments that matters to employees (e.g. orientation, appraisal, offboarding etc.)
- Schedule interviews and participate in candidate shortlisting process
- Support with new joiners on-boarding process
- Prepare of HR documentations such as letter of employment, promotion, increment etc.
- Support recruitment activities, prepare job description and job posting advertisement
- Coordinate arrangements for get-well hampers, condolences and other staff welfare matters
- Assist in administrative matters such as procurement of business cards, stationeries, pantry items, T-Shirts etc
- Experience in organizing events and promotional activities strongly
- Support the conduct of events and to manage the logistics of activities organized
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work under pressure and when necessary, with minimal management
Business Operations
- Analyse past data, develop simple models for and regularly track key indicators and metrics
- Support the review & optimization of core business processes
- Conduct market and industry research
- Provide for opportunistic projects such as applications to grants or government tenders and thought leadership research reports
- You excel at critically analyzing large quantities of data and distilling these into actionable insights to drive business results
- You are process and systems-oriented
Requirements
Top 3 must have:
- 3yrs + Experience as an Operations Associate, Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong Excel modeling or PowerPoint skills
- Ability to thrive cross-functionally and are comfortable managing various workstreams simultaneously
Top 3 good to have:
- Proficiency in SQL and database languages
- Data analytics & visualization skills
- Degree in Business or other relevant disciplines.
