We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. S/he will be responsible to analyze, develop, implement employee engagement strategy through various platforms. This role required strong analytical thinking, creativity, and communication skills. - Execute day to day work related to employee engagement program while supporting managers and leaders to embed these in our daily operations and processes;
- Act as a creative executor to apply employee engagement program and tools to support operational changes and improvements;
- Execute employee engagement activities such event, rewards and recognition activities, and other programs and relevance event in order to deliver employee positive experiences;
- Understand the unique perspective of the target audience (needs, wants, priorities) in order to improve communication and deliver a relevant initiatives;
- Act as middle-person to manage relationship and coordination between HR and targeted team.
- A proven track record of designing and implementing culture and engagement strategies in fast-paced, complex situations and/or organizations;
- Familiarity with traditional and modern engagement & team building strategies and techniques;
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments;
- Strong communicators with skills in writing and public speaking;
- Creative brain to develop out-of-the-box engaging event and programs;
- Project management skills;
- Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills.
