Scope of Job: Support students for all subject related queries
Education: Bachelor or Diploma in Business/Administration/Information Technology
Experience: 3 years of experience, either in education industry / relevant IT field Job Mission
· Support blended learning journey for our learners to achieve superior learning experience and successful skills outcome.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Learner’s liaison and support on learning plan, schedules, administration, etc
· Motivate, facilitate & support learning journey to deliver personalized blended learning experience with a successful outcome
· Involve as a mentor in learning delivery
· Arrange learning resources
· Monitoring the learners' learning journey and provide counselling
· Co-ordinate & manage faculties (Instructors, mentors, and assessors)
· Co-ordinate with other stakeholders (product and sales) based on the learners' feedback
· Conduct Orientation for all classes (both day & evening)
· Support students during e-learning, assignment, assessments, and project sessions either through online and /or face to face
· Support students for all subject related queries and make them ready for the course assessment.
Job Prerequisites
· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma, preferably in Business /Administration/IT
· Strong in technical skills of LMS, SMS & webinar tools
· IT savvy
· Experience in relevant IT field Trait specifications

· Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
