About us
Reebelo is one of Singapore’s fastest growing startups. Six-digit monthly sales, strong MoM growth & well-funded by top VCs and serial entrepreneurs. About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Startup Operations & Customer Success Manager (Ecommerce, Marketplace) with previous startup experience. Join our small but fast growing team as one of the company’s first team-members and help us to further scale Reebelo:
● Work closely together with the founders (successful entrepreneurs with several years startup experience) & decide together with us Reebelo’s Product Roadmap
● Oversee and set up operations (logistics, delivery, refurbishment processes)
● Lead our team of 2 operations intern, 1 product intern and help us to hire 2 more full-time members this year
● Optimize existing delivery + pickup processes, returns, tracking codes and find additional fulfillment partners
● Oversee & benchmark product listings
● Automate processes, improve product listings & benchmark prices
● Onboard regional partners set up cross-border shipping
● Expansion to APAC (Australia + Malaysia this year, many more countries next year)
Your background
You are motivated to make an impact and have a hands-on startup atitude? After several years of experience in Product or Operations you are ready to join a high-growth startup? Great, that’s what we are looking for:
● Motivated person with startup attitude: hands-on + ambitious
● Business background with several years of Product or Operations experience
● 3+ years relevant experience, including previous startup experience
● Master’s degree or equivalent education
● You are ambitions, a team-player and ready to make an impact
● Based in Singapore or willing to relocate, business fluent in English
