Job description for E-commerce Sales Executive at MINDLAB
- Responding to chats from customers on the marketplace & WhatsApp
- Help customers understand the company's products
- Post-purchase customer follow-up & Survey
- Follow-up failed transaction to generate more sales
- Processing orders and keeping track of the delivery process
- Conduct competitor price monitoring & product availability
- Regular check on stock availability to maintain the accuracy of stock level
- Maintain & organize consumer database
- Supporting sales chat needs to achieve sales growth
- Bachelor's Degree is a must, preferably in Marketing/Business Major or relevant major from a reputable university (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Working experience at least 1 year, preferably in sales/marketplace admin/marketing
- Good communication & prospecting skills
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
- Able to work under pressure to achieve sales targets and grow company sales
- A team player with problem-solving, learning agility, and persistency
- Familiar with marketplace
- Having designing skills is a plus
- Ready to handle online chat outside office hours & weekends (Work from Home setting & device from Mindlab)
