Responsibilities
- Supervise enabler to drive and manage day to day e-commerce operations
- Negotiate and communicate with every marketplace Account Manager
- Work closely with the merchandising team to initiate plans on campaigns and new product launches
- Responsible for the accuracy of information display in Official Store, including but not limited to: visual, SKU Name, SKU images, Description, specs, campaign related information
- Responsible to lead the Keywords search optimization by adjusting SKU name and descriptions
- Proactively drive initiatives for online store optimisation and efficiency to improve conversions and user experience
- Familiar with maintaining E-Commerce Store Management
- Monthly Online Campaigns (Creative Awareness & Sale directed Campaigns)
- Carry out Analysis & evaluate Campaign Performances
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Requirements:
- Has 2 years’ experience in big e-commerce platforms as Key Account or Sales Manager
- Familiar with fashion category
- Creative and passionate
- Outgoing, ambitious, and team working
- Bachelor Degree above
- Fluent in English
