Urbanware Singapore is a Singapore-based ProcurementTech platform that bridges the traditional Hardware Procurement gap between Suppliers to Buyers through our various e-commerce solutions. Through Urbanware’s all-in-one solution E-commence Platform, we provide daily consumers with the best-curated products across different brands and equip them with the best knowledge in getting the right product that solves their problem with our guided how-to videos (BETA).
Our solution also streamlines the traditional B2B Procurement process allowing B2B & B2G clients to have easy access to Corporate Pricing, Personal Account Management Services & Order Management Systems through our Corporate Portal.
Hardware is technical, but it doesn’t have to be with Urbanware!
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Operations Intern to join us. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, If you are keen on learning, independent and love to get your hands dirty, we would love to have you over for a chat over coffee!
What you’ll do:
- Manage fulfillment of orders & arrange deliveries
- Product listing & Quality Check
- Handle Enquiries on platfroms
- Monitor product inventory & sales to work closely with product team to replenish stocks
- Collect & Analyse sales data to generate meaningful insights for Business Development
- Work closely with supervisor to plan & execute operations and development plan
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Flexible schedule. Mostly WFH and OTOT unless needed to come down to office
- No prior experience in sales or operations is needed. Training will be provided
- Enhance your portfolio as you work and learn

What we are looking for:
- Someone that is detail orientated and Organised
- Familiar with mircosoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.
- You’re a highly-driven individual with the knack to learn on the fly
