As a digital marketing specialist, you will play a primary role in driving business growth through developing comprehensive digital marketing programs and creating suitable content with the content marketing and design teams
What you'll do?
1. Identifying growth opportunities to drive organic and non-organic traffics.
2. Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics
3. Executing SEO campaign which includes keyword research, content optimization, blog, media placement, etc.
4. Responsible for campaign execution in one or more display media sub-channels, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, Youtube.
5. Experience in Google Analytic (deep understanding to extract behavior data to FB remarketing, Adwords / GDN remarketing, create a funnel, familiar with the event, UTM)
6. Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and recommendations for revising the campaign strategy.
7. Plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
8. Measuring and reporting implementation and effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
9. Knowledge in tracking metrics, and online campaign measurement + actionable insight. (CTR, CPC, CPV, Impressions, CPA, etc)
10. Run AB Test & provide the analysis results
11. Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages and online e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia.
What you should have?
1. Bachelor's degree from a top university with outstanding academic performance; Quantitative field (Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) is preferable
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing is more preferable
3. Good numerical reasoning skills
4. Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights
6. Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (google analytics, social bakers/report, google AdWords)
7. Good communication skill with proficiency in English, self-driven, strive for excellence
8. Working experience on optimizing sales in Shopee / Tokopedia.
9. Proficiency in web analytics, attribution, data visualization, and CRM tools
10. Experienced in handling programmatic ad buying would be a plus
