Job Overview
We are looking for a highly-creative marketing manager to lead our digital marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our branding and marketing operations. Your central goal is to help build our brand, and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital branding & marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing:
- Develop, plan and execute an overall marketing strategy
- Prepare and manage marketing budget
- Forecast sales performance
- Organize and lead the digital marketing team
- Manage and monitor digital marketing channels: Amazon PPC, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, Email Marketing, etc...
- Monitor all company social media accounts
- Manage and analyze SEO and Google Analytics data
- Measure ROI and KPI
- Research competition and make suggestions for improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
2. Branding:
- Build brand identity
- Develop brand strategy
- Plan and execute brand marketing
- Collaborate with agencies
JOB REQUIREMENT
Skill and Experiencce
- At least 5 years experience in digital marketing, 2+ years of experience as a digital marketing manager.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Good performance advertising skills.
- Experience in managing a marketing budget at least $500,000/year.
- Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, SEO experience is a must.
- Amazon PPC experience is a big plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient English: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
