Job description for Digital Marketing Intern at I Concept Innovation Pte Ltd

- Some understanding of all things digital marketing such as social media marketing, online media planning, branding, website development, email marketing and other interactive solutions
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager to provide support for numerous tasks
- Understand each client's business and their goals and support their digital marketing and advertising campaigns
- Attend client (virtual) meetings in support of the account servicing team and writing minutes/contact reports
- Develop and follow timelines closely
- Support in preparing proposal decks such as digital media plans, or digital marketing plans, with justifications
- Open quote numbers, prepare quotations, update tracking sheets where required
- Developing creative briefs and thereafter highlighting the necessary and briefing the appropriate teams
- Setting up of digital campaigns (have some knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager, Google Adwords, etc), track, analyse and prepare digital campaign measurements and analytics reports
- Coordinate the involvement of Design, Development, Content, and Production, as well as third party vendors to ensure the smooth running of projects and execution of advertising and digital marketing campaigns
- Support in monitoring the project every step of the way, until the final delivery of the project
- Quality control and evaluate creative work and provide feedback for internal revisions, even before sending to clients for review
- Know when to escalate potential problems to the Key Account Manager
- Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised
- Offering creative ideas to develop exciting campaigns
