Job description for Digital Marketing ( Content & Digital Design) at Appiloque Pte Ltd
- Manage projects including hands-on implementation (content planning, copywriting and digital design) and coordination of deliverables with freelancers / in-house team, to ensure projects move forward in a smooth and efficient manner
- Monitor and report on KPIs / milestones, providing insightful reports and concise recommendation for action
- Liaise with and maintain a healthy relationship with clients, seeking to understand client goals and feedback
- Support sales activities through research and generation of digital marketing proposals, including recommending complementary products / services
- Function as a brand steward to ensure content and digital design projects are on-brand
- Implement QA checks across work done, flag performance issues, as well as propose and implement solutions
- Keep up to date with evolving content and design trends / technologies
- Optimize content and digital design implementation processes by introducing new workflows, tools, and templates
- Curate and create documentation, as well as training material and assessments Recruitment and management
- Screen and evaluate freelancers / full-time remote associates based on the required hard and soft skills, including the creation of qualification assessments
- Onboard freelancers / full-time remote associates and conduct training for the company's processes
- Delegate, prioritize work and provide design / content feedback while taking accountability for
- work quality, results, project budgets and timelines
- ● Model strong leadership including alignment to company priorities and values, as well as
- effective stress and emotion self-management
- Hands-on digital design background in a web design or digital marketing team
- Excellent writing skills in English, with a strong understanding of content categorization and structure
- Ability to optimize digital content and landing pages by deriving insights from data e.g. Google Analytics, social media and other analytics tools
- Ability to perform in a remote environment, including coordinating and delegating work to overseas freelancers / full-time remote associates
- Strong self-starter and high sense of ownership
- Ability to work, think, and respond quickly, maintaining attention to detail on multiple projects
- Process-oriented with an operations mindset
- Passion for content marketing and user-centric design
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a lean team
