工作內容
- Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing and social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, and audience targeting.
- Set, monitor, and achieve social media KPI and metrics, such as followers, engagement, reach, likes, impressions, shares, etc.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and trends, continuously adapt and improve digital marketing and social media strategy, content, and presentation.
- Create and regularly publish engaging content in social media (Instagram & Facebook) to increase consumer awareness of and engagement with our brand, Dreamtalent.
- Work together with team members in the People Content division to produce content in line with brand strategy.
