- Education: A degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, mathematics,computer science, marketing, or digital business may be required.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in digital data analysis tools and social media reporting tools such as Excel, Sprout Social, Meta Insight, and Locowise, as well as experience with data visualization and digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Ahref, Brand24, Similarweb.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate data findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Digital marketing knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing, as well as experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Attention to detail: A high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions to optimize marketing performance and business outcomes.
- Experience: Relevant work experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or a related field may be required, depending on the level of the position.
- Collecting and analyzing data: Gathering and interpreting data from various sources, such as website analytics, social media analytics, email marketing, and customer databases, using data analysis tools and techniques.

- Collaborating with teams: Collaborating with other teams, such as strategic, social media, and creative, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and to align data analysis with business objectives.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, digital marketing, and technology developments, and implementing new tools and techniques as needed.
