Job description for Digital Ads at PT.ASWADA BHOGA NUSANTARA
- Digital Ads Specialist, Performance Marketing, PPC Specialist, Digital Advertising, Paid Advertising, Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Social Marketing, Growth Executive, Online Marketing Specialist.
- Identify problems and chances to use digital ads.
- Analyze Performa ad campaigns and making decisions from database.
- Create ad campaigns in Facebook Ads and Google Ads with concept, ad copy, ad creative, measurement plan, and KPI.
- Put on ads brief for design creative too
- Manage budget to achieve target with CAC/ROAS .
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Hands on experience areas of marketing creative, targeting, platform, placement, copywriting, A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, branding, communication (ads) or training hour Digital Advertising or related fields, min IPK 3.00
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar role
- Min total ad spend 10 juta di portfolio
- Knowing tools, analytics, and database (Excel, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office etc.)
- Knowing digital ads platforms (Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Operate CPAS Facebook Campaign, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager.
- Must have skills about tools data visualization & reporting (ex : Google Data Studio).
- Have a good attitude, creative, logic, problem solver, adaptable, and details.
