About Us
PT Dian Raya Cipta is an Indonesian-built company specialized in dies & stamping manufacturing. DRC aims to be Asia's leading automotive manufacturer specifically in product innovation. Thus we are looking for an experienced, self-starter, analytical, and execution-driven professional with a passion for engineering.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from dies design to mass production. You will oversee new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities and deadlines.

Requirements:
- Experienced with dies & jig design (tandem & progressive)
- Able to adhere with our PIKIR culture
- Knowledgable in Toyota Production System or the 5S culture
- Ability to read, analyze and modify 3D & 2D Dies design
- Provide GD&T analysis
- Manage multiple complex projects at the same time
- Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time
- Experienced in Dies/Mold design (detailing, 2D, 3D Design, AutoCAD)
- Proficient in Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Comfortable with a fast-paced atmosphere
- Have an organized workflow as well as documation
- Risk-taking, a propensity for learning, and no fear of failure
- Must possess efficient organizational skills to follow timelines, prioritize, multitask to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of manufacturing or industry experience
- Experienced in Dies/Mold design (detailing, 2D, 3D Design, AutoCAD is a plus)
- Bachelors or Diploma in mechanical engineering
- Prior experience in progressive & tandem dies design and manufacturing
