Flokq Overview
The millions, living and working in Jakarta, are in crisis. Half have opted to live in a kost; unable to make the most out of their social life by being stuck in a "restrictive" space made for two to stay at most, unable to lead a healthy lifestyle by constantly eating take-outs rather than having time and space to prep proper meal for themselves. Another half? Spending hours stuck in a commute, giving away health and time on the way.
This is not just a crisis for individuals. The apartment industry in Jakarta is also in crisis. With just 53% occupancy level, we’re looking at the misallocation of resources and land for living space, we’re looking at an idle resource hindering us from having a sustainable city.
So, we decided to Flokq the crisis away. We, at Flokq, are advocates of simple solutions. Our aim is to provide comfortable yet affordable homes to city dwellers. We offer our members the opportunity to become a part of something bigger than themselves, something that makes us who we are - our community, our flock. It’s an exciting growth phase for Flokq and never a greater time to join us. We are looking for people who have a similar vision to reinvent urban living, contribute through great ideas and activate them in meaningful ways.
In order to ensure smoothen and ensuring the correctness of informations and data flowing within the internal and external of the company, Flokq is looking for a Data Entry Intern to:
- Prepare and sort informations for data entry
- Enter data into our CRM platform and ensure thse accuracy of the inputted data
- Review and complete any missing data
- Create data backup
- Managing informations, qualify and expand the stakeholder database sheet
- Conduct online research on potential client to find contacts and management
- Conduct a cold calling exercise to obtain the contact of clients PIC to be processed by our sales team
Requirement:
- Based in Jabodetabek area, preferrably South Jakarta
- Fresh graduates or undergraduate students with little to no class schedule
- Familiarity to work with Google Suites
- Excellent understanding in optimizing the use of google sheet
- Good team work and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive, cheerful and a team player
- Professional english working proficiency in writing, reading and speaking
- Able to join fast
