Job description for Customer Support Specialist at Aman
- Monitor, acknowledge and resolve the issues raised by customers via chat, email, social media, appstore, whatsapp and calls
- Use Freshdesk (our CRM) to keep track of all issues and communicate with customers
- Use Slack to coordinate and communicate with our internal team
- Use JIRA to raise, track and follow-up with developers on any issues raised by customers
- Previous experience in customer support, preferrably in Insurance
- Ability to move fast, adapt to change and accommodate changes
- Obsession for on-time deliverables and follow-ups
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English.
- Unparalleled experience working at a fast-growing startup in the largest market in Southeast Asia
- Remote working is allowed as long as you have access to a computer and internet.
- Reimbursement for travel expenses if travel to the office is required
