- Responsible for answering various questions, also providing support and assistance as necessary.
- Critical analysis for abnormality upon problematic situations and ability to provide constructive inputs towards strategy optimizations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders with regards to user requirements and feedbacks to build a productive workflow.
- Handle questions and complaints with excellent communication skills while having a sense of urgency.
- Be thorough and ability to follow-up upon providing support and assistance, especially financial problems.
- Create and maintain daily report and records.
- Graduated with a minimum of bachelor's degree.
- Communication & Public Relations degree or related is preferred.
- Native Indonesian & Intermediate English language mastery and eloquent writing skills in both languages.
- Able to communicate in a concise and polite manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to do: Data-driven decision making, Logical thinking, Team coordination.
- Able to operate computer and office applications (Excel, Word, or equivalent).
- Able to communicate in a concise and polite manner with commendable interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of cleanliness and punctuality is a plus.
- Preferably without any marital status.
