- Assist leads or potential clients to understand the benefits of the platform and convert them to customers
- Assist customers to explore the full potential of the platform for their business
- Follow up frequently with customers throughout the lifecycle of their feedback to achieve resolution
- Getting clients onboard and to get familiar with eCommerce (sellers’ and buyers’ pain points & perspective)
- Work in conjunction with team members to accomplish the objective
- Adding more potential leads to the pipeline and educate them.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by your Superior
- Ensure customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor Malaysia
- Preferably woman with min. 2 year experience in the same position.
- Min. SMA or D3 from a reputable university
- Have a good communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Passion in Sales
