Job description for Customer Success Executive at Marathon Education
- Be the Marathon’s main point of contact for all appointed customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, provide suitable and reasonable solutions following the company's guidelines in a timely manner
- Manage customer Initiate, deal and upsales new course with customers following the guidelines of the company to support the BD & Sales team.
- Monitor the progress after the order completion/service provision with the customer, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with Marathon Service.
- Work closely with Operation Teams to deliver the best customer experience : orders, follow up, customer feedback.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with Marathon’s products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to prospect customer needs and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of all Marathon’s academic courses to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets about customer satisfaction & repeat business.
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service is a plus, but not mandatory as long as you have the right attitude and the willing to learn!
- Passionate about sales and customer service: Candidates should really love sales & business development jobs, enjoy and get excited about consulting, meeting and interacting with customers, especially students, parents & teachers.
- A positive person with a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Ability to negotiate and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Hard working, resilient & patient, and not afraid of challenges
- Self-motivated and driven by targets, desire to deliver results
- Basic skills in MS Office & CRM system are plus
