What you will do:
Handling all customer success in our projects/company
Handling email from clients, jobseekers, partners
Handling Social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google,etc)
Requirements
Great communication, negotiation and written skills
Able to speak and write in english
Dynamic, driven, bubbly and fun loving personality
Responsible, sens of urgency and ownership
Independent and able to work in a team
Customer-centric both via writter and in person
Open to learn new experience as customer support-success
Good at desigining content social media
Preferebly candidate who lives in Jogja at the moment.
