Job description for Customer Service at Jago Coffee
- Answering questions about a company’s products or services
- Providing proactive customer outreach
- Handling customer complaints with speed and professionalism (Whatsapp, Call, Email, IG, Apps)
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback monthly basis
- Responding to customer reviews
- The last level of education is D3 – S1 in all majors
- Have 1-year experience in administration, customer services, client services and/or operational experience – Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Problem solver and strong analytical thinking
- Strong customer service skills, cooperative attitude, ability to multi-task & working detail oriented
- Willing to work overtime – if needed
- Willing to WFO (Kuningan, South Jakarta)
