- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling of additional insurance products.
Qualifications:
- Speak, read and write professional business English
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims and renewal processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations with composure.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
