Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Menghandle calon customer secara online untuk bisa closing menjadi customer
Memahami kebutuhan customer
Melakukan follow up untuk data customer yang telah diproses
Melakukan report kepada atasan terkait performa sales
Menginput data-data customer
Syarat Pengalaman :
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai call center, customer service, atau telemarketing
Keahlian :
Menguasai sistem ERP
Menguasai Microsoft Office
Terbiasa menggunakan social media
Memiliki publick speaking yang baik
Kualifikasi :
1. Pria/ Wanita, usia maksimal 32 tahun
2. Pendidikan minimal D3 (SMK/ Sederajat)
3. Berpengalaman sebagai call center, customer service, atau telemarketing
4. Ramah dan komunikatif terhadap customer
5. Jujur dan teliti
6. Tidak gagap teknologi dan sosial media
7. Memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi, disiplin, dan semangat belajar hal baru.
8. Dapat bekerja dalam tim.
9. Disiplin dan Bertanggung-jawab
