- Menjalin hubungan serta memberikan after-sales service yang baik kepada customer.
- Menerima chat yang masuk dari customer via WhatsApp, Mesengger, maupun sistem chatting lainnya.

- Dapat mengoperasikan Ms. Office.
- Memiliki akun media sosial (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
- Bersedia untuk bekerja lembur dan di akhir pekan.
