· Manages inbound leads via phone & email
· Listen, probe and identify customer’s needs, pain points and potential concerns/challenges
· Provide professional sales consultation with advice, assistance and recommendation on the choice of product(s), print method(s) and website navigation
· Regularly put up recommendations and suggestions based on customer’s requirements
· To ensure and maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction to all potential and existing customers
· Attend to customer’s feedback, complaints and problems in a professional manner
· Remain up-to-date and familiar with our website features, product offerings and market trends
· Require assisting customers with the on-boarding process
· Require to assist customers to prepare quotations and process their orders
· Require to follow up on outstanding enquiries and find out why they are not buying and how to make them buy
· Communicate, coordinate and work closely with the account management and sales coordination team
· Customer data-entry is required as you qualify and collect information about the customer during your interaction with them
· Required to perform a variety of administrative duties for day-to-day operations
· Required to perform a weekly report to update on your performance, problems faced and feedback
· Minimum 1 to 3 years experience working in a customer service environment and role
· Candidates with experience in customer service or call centre will have an added advantage

· Proficient and confident in communicating in English (both written and verbal)
· Excellent phone etiquette
· Able to work both independently and as a team member
