Pt Metropolitan Retailmart Customer Service Officer 工作職責
1. Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone, or on social media
2. Identify and help customer to finds both products and informations as customer needs
3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
4. Handling internal and external escalation of customer complaints.
5. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and record daily reports
1. Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 years experience in customer service.
3. High empathy and have a quick response in resolving customers’ problems
4. Take initiative to help and how to improve our service to customers.
5. Good analytical thinking, good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
