Job description for Customer Service Officer at The Care Svc
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of the daily store opening/ closing
- Handle walk-in customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and/or complains
- Registering and updating orders and sales on the system
- Keeping the premises clean and maintaining optimal operating conditions
- Maintaining constant and cordial communication with customers
- Arranging pick-ups and delivery of clothings to laundry
Requirements:
- Must be proactive and able to take initiative
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of mobile apps on a user level
- Knowledge of PC, email, Excel, and Word on a user level
