Job description for Customer Service (Nigh Shift) at Kozystay
Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up focusing on short term rental. Kozy is looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join the team. We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for a Customer Service who will help us with our day-to-day operations. He/she will be responsible in handling guest communication especially after office hour.
Applicants for this position are expected to have the following skills and requirements:
1. Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred
2. Fresh graduates with internship experience in a similar role will be considered
3. Sociable and outspoken, willing to interact with guests
4. Ability to prioritize tasks well, attention to detail, and highly initiative
5. Flexible working hours, willing to work during weekend and public holiday
6. Willing to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast pace environment
7. Having excellent interpersonal skill
8. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to messages and calls from guests
2. Follow through guests needs and inform the operational team
3. Have a good understanding of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Guest reception and Day to Day Operations
4. Analyze / provide weekly reports on guest information or issues that occur for 1 week
