Kualifikasi :
1. Wanita dengan usia max. 25 tahun
2. Teliti, Disiplin, Ramah, Inisiatif dan Fast Response
3. Memili pengalaman sebagai Admin Online Shop atau pada posisi yang sama ( Customer Service Marketplace) minimal 2 tahun
4. Terbiasa menghandle customer dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik
5. Memiliki Problem Solving yang baik
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Membalas Chat Customer dari Shopee, LazMall dan Tiktok
2. Approach Customer dalam rangka penawaran produk
3. Menjaga hubungan dan komunikasi yang baik kepada Customer
4. Merespon Customer yang bertanya terkait produk sehingga Customer dapat membeli produk setelah dijelaskan dengan sangat baik
5. Memiliki Problem Solving Skill yang baik
6. Mampu berinteraksi dengan baik, sopan dan ramah
7. Membuat dan memberikan laporan terkait pelanggan (Keluhan, pertanyaan dll)
8. Melakukan Job Description lainnya sesuai dengan ruang lingkup Customer Service Marketplace
