Mapletree Customer Service Executive 工作職責
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Assist Customer Service team to prepare memorandum and send notice to tenants when required
- Scan and record all service contracts and administrative documentation
- Support in recording GRN on SAP system for Admin team
- Order front office supplies, stationaries; keep, maintain inventory of stock and delivery.
- Be in charge of tracking suppliers: flower, uniform, Taxi payment, nameplate directory board…..
- In conjunction with relevant departments, office activities, be fully responsible for support of daily secretarial and administrative work.
- Perform other clerical administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing and other tasks assigned by Property Manager
- Support Admin team to create PR, PO, RFQ, OA when required
- Provide monthly report for PR Accrual, Expenditure forecast, Outstanding PO, and other procurement related reports
- Look for potential vendors and building up a vendor database for frequently used goods and service of whole department
- Support to process payment for expenses arising from asset
- Control and report monthly Operational Service contract status
- Compose one-time contract and renew operational contract except for contract handled by Engineering Dept., Outsource Supervisor.
- Assist in payment for AEI/ Project works when required
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
· Diploma/College/University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum 2 years experience at the similar position in multinational commercial property/real estate companies
· Good in speaking and writing in English
· Customer service, communication and computer skills.
· General knowledge and understanding of basic property management work.
· Willing to learn new things as well as doing repetitive tasks
· Team work, working closely with colleagues in purchasing, customer service, M&E
· A “Can Do” attitude that works to solve problems and support out the team
· Fair written and spoken English communication skills
· Ability to use MS. Office (Word, Excel); Outlook Express fluently.
· Requires good presentation and communication skills to ensure vendors understand their contractual requirements.
