Job description for Customer Service Executive at Como Group
- Handle customers’ enquiries, including returns, exchanges, refunds, complaints, changes in orders.
- Create airway bills and delivery documents
- Manage all communication channels, including phone calls, whatsapp, email.
- Ensure appropriate resolution of customer complaints, and that all actions are implemented and verified for effectiveness.
- Experience in providing customer service support with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong planning and interpersonal skills
- Process-driven and detail-oriented personality
- Strong analytical and communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and to lead complex operational initiatives
