- Resolving customer issues and inquiries
- Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Performing other customer related duties as the need arises.
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Effective resources management
- Ideally 1 year customer service experience, preferably in related field.
- Proficient CRM skills and G-Suite Proficiency is a plus
- Compassionate towards customers
- Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
