We are looking for a Customer Sales Associate (Corporate) (1 permanent position) to join our team based in Malaysia.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help our existing clients in Singapore (including Fortune 500 companies, schools, government organisations, etc.) with their catering requirements
- Handle corporate customer enquiries via phone, email, and message
- Generate quotations and follow up with clients
- Monitor corporate orders to ensure a smooth process
- Grow our corporate catering business
Requirements:
- Education level: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience with sales and customer service background preferred
- Friendly and firm personality, team player, and able to thrive under minimal supervision
- Comfortable liaising with customers over phone and email
- Meticulous, organised, self-starter with a great attitude
- Able to handle stress well and maintain a positive attitude
- Able to communicate in Bilingual (Written and Verbal)
- Need to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access
- Working days and public holidays to follow Singapore calendar
- Off in lieu to be given if working on Malaysia public holidays
